Phone meets portal: VCN now integrated with Engage Consult

VCN now integrates with Engage Consult, allowing patients to submit online consultations by phone and improving digital access for all.

We’re excited to share that our Virtual Care Navigator (VCN) now integrates directly with Engage Consult, helping patients submit online consultation requests over the phone – not just via websites or apps.

This is great news for patients who struggle with digital access, whether due to cost, age, disability or confidence. With this update, patients can simply call in and use the VCN system to request the same online consultations that others submit through Engage’s portal. The data is sent directly to Engage’s system, giving the practice a single place to manage requests. It’s another big step in making access fairer and more flexible for everyone.

This new functionality is currently in pilot, and we’re already seeing strong results.
